PRODUCTS BOARD TEST FIXTURE

The JIG is an easy-disassemble unit designed to easily remove and clean parts and replace probes.
It does not require any special tool to disassemble it, other than a simple screwdriver.
This "REUSABLE" JIG is environment-friendly because it produces very minimal wastes.

By connecting the peripheral device to the untested loaded board, the JIG tests whether the board operates accurately or not.
This test system is used for a loaded board which has many intensive functions such as hard disk drives (HDDs).

Micro-Probe

MICRO PROBE is a movable probe pin that ICT has created to correspond to high functional density products. It is designed to implement more precise and accurate testing and improve the performance and durability of JIGs.

Probe Location Measuring Device

This device can accurately measure probe tip location by 0.02 mm.
CCD camera is used to easily and accurately check probe alignment and contact reliability.
The monitor shows the probe tip location, thus, making socket adjustments easier.
