Our testing knowledge and skills are applied to test Network, Storage and PC products. Based on our high standard inspection and specific function tests on each product, we avoid the possibility of delivering defective units to our Customer. Furthermore, we highly value customer satisfaction, so it is important for us to do specific tests and set up units that meet the requirements that every customer requests.

　We also keep the data on defective units in our database to enable us to further improve our test approaches and come up with better inspection methods.

We try to reproduce and verify issues with units that failed at customer's site or area. Our basic test processes include system boot-up, checking a failure log,, ping test for all ports, and diagnostic test. For advanced test, we use the Traffic Generator for the network traffic test and　programmable AC power supply.

These verification approaches enable us to clarify the failures and analyze the defective components in a unit. All information produced during the test process are saved and stored in our database.

We use these data in the conduct of an analysis of tendency to fail, and in the search for previous or historical cases in order to improve our test aspects.
