Measuring Probe Location

This device can accurately measure probe tip location by 0.02 mm.
CCD camera is used to easily and accurately check probe alignment and contact reliability.

The monitor shows the probe tip location, thus, making socket adjustments easier.

Fixture Drilling

By replacing the CCD camera with a Drill,
socket holes can be added in the Fixture's plate to accomodate additional probes.
